Project GHG Forum

The Maritime Battery Forum will be present at ProjectGHG Forum in Papendrecht, the Netherlands organized by IMCA and hosted by Boskalis on Wednesday 10 April 2024.

Part of IMCA’s new campaign, ProjectGHG, the Secretariat-led event will explore the changing regulatory framework, shifting client expectations, showcase inspirational best-practice from Members, as well as create a vital space for industry debate on the solutions we will need to develop.

Some event highlights are below:

  • Expert views from the Maersk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping on the latest research and thinking around alternative fuels.

  • An exploration of vessel demand from Intelatus Global Partners.

  • An overview of the regulatory, legislative, and taxation environments from Clyde & Co.

  • The views of offshore wind and oil and gas clients such as Parkwind, and the findings from a soon to be launched IMCA White Paper on the topic.

  • Solutions from a range of stakeholders, such as the Port of Rotterdam, Bunker Holding, Siemens Energy, and Vard.

  • An exploration on the impact of changing demand by Spinergie.

  • Member best practice from Boskalis, P&O ML, Fugro, and Subsea7 and a panel discussion on how they are reducing emissions today.

  • A collaborative Seminar with engaging panel discussions, interactive audience Q&As, and plenty of opportunities for professional networking.
