The Nordic Association of Marine Insurers (Cefor) joins the Maritime Battery Forum

The Maritime Battery Forum is pleased to announce that the Nordic Association of Marine Insurers (Cefor) has joined our global network of maritime battery enablers.

Cefor, being an affiliate member of the Poseidon Principles for Marine Insurance, is promoting environmentally friendly solutions for the shipping industry as well as its need to stay on top of the latest technological developments. Cefor decided to become a member of the MBF to gain deeper understanding of the latest battery technology, its applications, and through active participation provide advice to the Nordic marine insurance industry.

Through their extensive collaboration with classification societies, IACS and system providers, Cefor brings a lot of technical knowledge on vessels and operational expertise from a marine insurance perspective to the MBF.
