On February 17th, Corvus Energy will share their thoughts on “How to get the most out of your current and future battery system”.
Today most vessels rely on a fuel source that creates usable power through internal combustion engines. In the future, as more green fuel carriers are introduced, more and more of the energy conversion will be done through fuel cell technology as well as direct electrical charging of energy storage systems. This green transition will influence how battery systems are designed and utilized and give some simplified examples of factors that must be considered in that aspect. Corvus Energy recently announced its fuel cell development program to complement their current battery portfolio to ensure this green transition is holistically optimized for our end customers.
