The Norwegian Maritime Authority hereby submits a proposal for new regulations on ships using battery systems with lithium-ion cells with a total capacity of 20 kWh or more for consultation.

Consultation statements must be sent to the Norwegian Maritime Authority by 1 August 2025 to post@sdir.no.
