ENOVA has made changes to support scheme for marine sector

On March 22nd, Enova posted changes to support scheme for marine sector. The changes involve

  • Adjustment of the fixed support rates from 9 April.

    • Through the program «Battery in vessels», fixed support rates are offered for selected vessel types in aquaculture and fisheries. The rates are gradually adjusted downwards in line with developments in the market.

  • Discontinuation of support for PSV from 30 April

    • The changes also include the phasing out of support for offshore supply vessels (PSV) from and including 30 April at 12.00. It is possible to apply until 30 April at 11.59, as long as start-up takes place within 6 months and the project is completed within 9 months.

It will still be possible to apply for support for innovative solutions that contribute to zero emissions for these vessels via Enova's New Technology programs
