We welcome the Norwegian Coastal Administration as MBF member!
We are happy to announce that the Norwegian Coastal Administration joined the forum in the beginning of July!
The Norwegian Coastal Administration (NCA) is a national agency for coastal management, maritime safety and emergency preparedness against acute pollution. One of the main goals of the NCA is to reduce greenhouse gases in line with the transition to a low-emission society, and reduce other adverse environmental consequences. Currently, the NCA has three battery hybrid vessels constructing and maintaining 22 000+ lighthouse stations, lamps, lanterns, and permanent and floating buoys along the Norwegian coast.
The NCA also maintains a database of infrastructure for alternative fuels in maritime transport, such as onshore power supply. Please visit the map version here [https://lavutslipp.kystverket.no/en]. A clipboard of the map can be viewed to the right.
You will find information about NCA here; https://www.kystverket.no/en/
